Your birth details are read through two traditional frameworks: Zi Wei Dou Shu and BaZi (Four Pillars). Reading both together helps identify patterns, contrasts and themes that may be worth exploring.

InnateCode™ began with an idea that sits at the centre of these traditions: that each person has a structure of their own, and that seeing it more clearly can offer a different way to navigate life.
Zi Wei Dou Shu and BaZi have been read and refined for centuries. What we wanted to change was not the frameworks themselves, but the distance between them and the person reading. So we kept their structure intact and rebuilt the language around it — modern, direct, and written so that what you read is about your life rather than about the system.
Where our approach comes from
Our team's background combines study and training in Zi Wei Dou Shu and BaZi with counselling training and academic study in psychology, including a Bachelor of Psychology.
InnateCode™ is not a psychology or counselling service, and your report is not a psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation of any kind.
These backgrounds shape how we work, while keeping their roles distinct. The traditional frameworks provide the structure for the reading. Our training informs how the material is communicated and framed for reflection — not what it claims.

Refund Policy
InnateCode™ reports are customized digital content. After payment, production begins based on your submitted birth information and selected plan.
Refunds May Be Requested When
- —You request cancellation within 6 hours after payment and production has not started.
- —We are unable to deliver the report due to our own operational reason.
- —A duplicate payment is confirmed after review.
- —The report is not delivered after approximately 48 hours and the delay was not caused by missing information, unreachable contact, or a user-requested confirmation delay. We will first explain the reason and discuss continued delivery, extension, or refund handling.
Refunds Are Generally Not Supported When
- —Production has already started.
- —The report has already been delivered.
- —Delay is caused by incorrect or incomplete information, an unreachable email address, or missing follow-up information from the user.
- —The user feels the content does not meet expectations, but the report was completed based on submitted information.
- —The user requests a different topic, a new report, or an additional customized direction.
If You Submitted Incorrect Information
Contact us by email as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will try to help correct the information. After production has started, changes to birth date, birth time, birthplace, or other key data may require re-charting and re-production and may not be handled as a refund.
Refund Process

Nature of the Product
InnateCode™ provides customized personal insight digital reports, usually including a PDF main report and a personal HTML web version. Reports are prepared from the information you submit, Eastern cultural interpretation frameworks, AI-assisted analysis, and human review.
The report is for cultural exploration, self-understanding, personal reflection, and long-term reading reference only. It is not medical, legal, investment, financial, psychological, marriage, or other professional advice, and it does not promise any specific life outcome.
Delivery Method and Timing
Standard orders are expected to be delivered by email within approximately 48 hours after payment and information confirmation. If birth time, birthplace, language, or other information needs confirmation, the delivery window starts after the required information is confirmed.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for submitting information that is as truthful, complete, and clear as possible. Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, or email may affect the charting result, report content, delivery time, and support handling.
Information Changes and Corrections
If you notice an error after submission, contact us by email as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can help correct key information. After production has started, changes to birth date, birth time, birthplace, or other key data may require re-charting and re-production, which may require an additional fee.
After delivery, one limited correction pass may be provided for names, typos, obvious formatting issues, or data-entry mistakes. This does not include full reproduction, new topics, or large-scale rewriting.
No Reliance for Professional Decisions
You should not rely on the report as the sole basis for medical, legal, investment, financial, marriage, psychological, or other major real-world decisions. Real-world action should be based on practical information, personal judgment, and qualified professional advice.
Referral Benefit and Reward Codes
The referral benefit is an early project benefit and may be adjusted, paused, or ended. Invite codes and share links generated after payment may be used to refer others. If someone completes a valid purchase through your link, you may receive a one-time reward code.

Zi Wei Dou Shu, Bazi Four Pillars, Chinese zodiac, Na Yin, and five-element frameworks are traditional Chinese cultural interpretation systems. Different schools may interpret the same chart differently.
